The Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) has opened applications for the 2026–27 academic year, offering scholarships for Bangladeshi students to pursue higher education in India. Its a great chance to Study in India.
Under the ICCR programme, students can apply to Indian universities except for courses in medicine, paramedical fields (such as nursing, physiotherapy, and anaesthesia), fashion, and law. Applicants for undergraduate and master’s programmes must be between 18 and 30 years old, while PhD applicants must be at least 45 years old.

Selected students will have the opportunity to stay in university hostels after admission. All applicants must submit a 500-word essay in English to demonstrate language proficiency. TOEFL or IELTS scores may also be submitted, although they are not mandatory.
